Return & Exchange Guidelines
✨ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags & packaging intact).
✨ Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
✨ Items marked as Sale are not eligible for return.
✨ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request – Email us at mulberrysilksonline@gmail.com with your order number.
- Ship it Back – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Pack your item securely and send it back.
- Get Refunded or Exchanged – Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. If exchanging, we’ll ship out your new item ASAP!
