Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Sorena Handbag Giveaway

  1. Competition Organizer: The competition is organised by No 14 at Mulberry Silks, located at 14 Downing Street, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 1NS, UK.

  2. Competition Duration: The competition will run from 9:00 AM Friday, 4th April 2025 to 11:59 PM Sunday, 6th April 2025 (UK time).

  3. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

    • Employees, affiliates, agents, or immediate family members of No 14 at Mulberry Silks are not eligible to enter.

    • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  4. How to Enter:

    • To enter, participants must sign up for No 14 at Mulberry Silks's marketing email list via the designated sign-up form on the website during the competition period.

    • All entrants must provide accurate and complete contact details, including full name and a valid email address.

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from No 14 at Mulberry Silks, which they can unsubscribe from at any time.

  5. Prize:

    • The prize consists of one (1) Sorena Handbag - BLUE. 

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the competition period.

    • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours after the competition closes (by Tuesday, 8th April 2025).

    • If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days of being contacted, No 14 at Mulberry Silks reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  7. Data Protection and Privacy:

    • By entering, participants consent to No 14 at Mulberry Silks collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of the competition and for marketing purposes (in accordance with GDPR).

    • Personal data will be handled in compliance with No 14 at Mulberry Silks' Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

  8. Liability:

    • No 14 at Mulberry Silks will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or any other person or property arising from participation in the competition or receipt of the prize.

    • No 14 at Mulberry Silks reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if any unforeseen circumstances arise outside of its control.

  9. Publicity:

    • The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities relating to the competition, including the use of their name and photograph in promotional materials.

  10. General:

    • The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
